Amazing and fascinating photos Carol - thanks for posting them. It's great to see where you are and what you are up against. Interesting to see the crops, as they looked quite green. Maize I think, so hopefully they have a good harvest. Not so keen on the creepy crawlies but the signs are hilarious. Do you see any other animals apart from the goats, donkeys etc? Are there any big game around you? Lions etc? Or do you have to go further south for them? Still looks pretty hot out there, apart from the flooding, so hope you are coping ok.
